Terms & Conditions of New Zealand Offer

1. All orders for this offer must be received before close of business 28th February 2010.

2. A minimum order quantity of 200 Save It Easy^® adaptor kits and lamps applies.

3. Customers must confirm the following at time of order placement:

   1. Customer Name or name of Business.

   2. Contact person with two contact numbers (i.e. Business number & Mobile number).

   3. Quantity of units or devices required.

   4. Customer's Purchase Order reference number either by FAX on 64 9 415 7345 or by EMail to orders@ecobright.co.nz

   5. Customer delivery address (one address only) and preferred times for delivery.

4. All orders must be confirmed in writing - by company purchase order by fax to 64 9 415 7346 or by EMail. Click here to EMail your order confirmation for faster acknowledgement and delivery.

5. Delivery will normally occur within 10 working days unless otherwise agreed.

6. Customers acknowledge that under this special price arrangement, their project may be involved in promotional activity via a Case Study if required.

7. The Save It Easy^® $5.00 T5 European made Lamp promotion is offered by               ecoBright^® energy solutions Limited.

8. Prices quoted do not include freight or GST.
